1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
